Thank you for using SupaExams. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the free and paid services, software, and website (collectively, the "Services") provided by SupaExams ("SupaExams", "we", "us", or "our").
By using our Services, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement, which becomes a binding contract between you and SupaExams. You represent that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms and confirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. The terms "you", "your" also include your agents, representatives, and any other person to whom you provide access to the Services through your account. You are responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Services through your account are aware of and comply with these Terms.
SupaExams reserves the right to revise and update these Terms at its sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when posted. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of revised Terms means you accept and agree to the changes.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SupaExams in accordance with these Terms. This license is for personal, non-commercial use only.
Our Services allow users to upload files and content (such as notes, PDFs, videos, audio, or text) and transform them into study tools including quizzes, exams, summaries, podcasts, flashcards, and more. You may use the free version of the Services or purchase credits to access premium features. Credits are required for certain functionalities and can be purchased under the current pricing.
Credits are the virtual currency of SupaExams that allow you to access premium functionalities.
All intellectual property rights related to the application and its original content are owned by SupaExams or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content from the application is prohibited.
The content you upload remains your property. However, you grant us a license to process and display it as necessary to provide the Services.
SupaExams declares that the application does not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties. In case of any third-party claim that the application infringes their intellectual property rights, SupaExams will be solely responsible for handling such claims.
Our application may include content, data, or links provided by third parties. SupaExams is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of such content, and users access it at their own risk.
You must comply with any applicable third-party terms when using SupaExams.

Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. Payment processing is subject to their terms, conditions, and privacy policies in addition to these Terms.
You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes.

Refund requests are evaluated case by case. Refunds must be requested within 7 days of purchase. Used credits are not eligible for refund.
Refunds are processed using the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the process may take 14 to 30 days.
Weekly payments (if applicable) are non-refundable, except if the request is made within 24 hours of purchase.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms. Unused credits will not be refunded in case of termination due to breach.
SupaExams provides the Services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, inaccuracies, or damages (direct or indirect) resulting from use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold SupaExams harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
You acknowledge that access to the Services may not be legal in some jurisdictions. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws in your location.
SupaExams will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including wars, natural disasters, pandemics, power outages, or internet disruptions.
SupaExams may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may impose limits or restrict access without notice.
These Terms remain in effect even after termination where applicable (e.g., intellectual property, liability limitations, indemnity).
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
